In my practice, I meet with adult individuals in their search of healing and personal growth, and I strive to awaken motivation, meaning, and happiness.
We will work together on reducing emotional suffering, improving resistance to positive change, and building inner peace.
Psychotherapy is an art of helping individuals in the process of mental, personal, relational, and spiritual growth in a safe and supportive place. It is not a simple procedure, just like there are no easy answers. It is a journey, sometimes short and sometimes long. I am privileged to accompany my clients for some portions of their life journey.
My working style is eclectic and I work hard with my clients to get the best outcome for them. I do in person, in-office therapy for Wisconsin residents and I am available virtually via telehealth for Wisconsin and New York residents.
I see individuals who struggle with affective and anxiety disorders, relational, self-esteem, trauma, and chronic pain issues.

Rates & Insurance
Therapy involves a large commitment of time, money, and energy, so you should be very careful about the therapist you select. To gauge whether I might be the right therapist for you, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can discuss why you are seeking therapy and what your goals for treatment are.
If we embark on therapy together, our first few sessions will involve an evaluation of your needs. By the end of the evaluation, I will be able to offer you some first impressions of what our work will include and a treatment plan to follow. At the end of the evaluation, I will notify you if I believe that I am not the right therapist for you and, if so, I will give you referrals to other practitioners whom I believe are better suited to help you.
Insurance:
I accept a variety of insurances. Please contact me to learn more about the plans I accept.
